When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within next business day of receiving full payment.
After placing your order, our team works as fast as possible to verify all order information. When everything is ready, we will update your tracking number and notify you. In the case that an order is made on an out-of-stock item, one of friendly member from our staff will contact you. At that time, you may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?

Heat Equalizer is currently available only in the U.S.
